The Reaper’s Team bow of choice is Elite Bows. I currently own an Elite Answer, 30”draw length with a 80# draw weight. I’ve been shooting it for over a year and will continue to use it for many more. It’s by far one of the smoothest bows I’ve ever used.
Smoothness: As soon as it’s drawn back, you will feel the smoothness. Smooth draw and release is vital for accuracy. I practice shooting all the time, with this type of smoothness, I am able to shoot more and become a better shot.
Quiet: The Answer bow is the quietest bow I have ever owned. From drawing it back to release, it is damn quiet. We did some comparison tests with other bows. We had a person stand off and judge the sound between the leading bows. The Elite Answer was the quietest bow out there.
Durability: The way we hunt at Reaper Outdoors, our weapon systems have to be durable an ready to go. My Elite Bow has been in the storms of Maine to the dry, hot sand hills of Nebraska. When I needed it for that one shot, it was spot on.

I am brand new to the whole bow hunting scene… I am 27, and the last bow I shot, previous to the last month, was my mother’s bear when I was 12… My buddy is a Mathews guy through and through… He had me over and I shot his 2012 helium… I got hooked… Being new to it I had no brand affiliation so I tried a ton of bows… 2 hoyts, 2 Mathews, 1 mission, 1 bear, 1 bowtech, 2 elites… I feel that without having any brand set in my head as a new comer I would have the most honest and unbiased opinion. And out of all of them it came down to the elite answer and the elite hunter… I do have to give some credit to the Hoyt spider, it came very close… But the elites just were so smooth and comfortable. Anyways long story short I will be picking up my 2013 elite answer next week… If you are in the market for a new boy, don’t be a fanboy, go to an elite dealer and pull back an elite bow… It will completely suprise you…

The Reaper Team is completely satisfied with out Elite Bows. They did a great job for us on Season 2 of Survive the Hunt. Also, they are the best with customer service. We agree that everyone should try out an Elite Bow. We know they will not be disappointed.
